The ongoing purpose is that on a monthly basis Prostate Cancer awareness, advice, support and potential testing information can be passed on to the general public.
Phil Traynier and myself engaged with the public in the Friars Gate Shopping centre on a very busy half term holiday Tuesday and offered non-clinical direction and advice regarding Prostate concerns and PSA testing assistance. We met with a cross section of men who seemed to be more aware of PCa and the consequences due to the recent number of high profile “personalities” and their involvement with the disease.
The plan is that between AVPCSG and CPCSG we will be at UNIT 33 once a month and the same for the High Wycombe location once that is up and running. Watch out for further detail on our website and FB site. Next planned date for our attendance is March 14th
